Mastermind English Medium School
Mastermind English Medium School is a private British-curriculum school in Bangladesh, established in 1997. It offers English-medium education from Playgroup (PG) to Grade 12, preparing students for O Level and A Level examinations under Edexcel or Cambridge. The main campus is in Dhanmondi, with another branch in Uttara. The school has over 3,000 students and 500 teachers, and its principal, Syed Fakruddin Ahmed, previously also served as a senior physics teacher.
The school has received several awards, including “The Most Versatile School” in 2011 and 2015, and won the junior category at the Biotechnology Fest in 2015 in Lucknow, India. Mastermind also encourages extracurricular activities such as debate, Model United Nations (MUN), community service, and sports. Its clubs are managed by student executive committees. The Community Service Club actively participates in charitable activities like food drives, visits to cancer rehabilitation centers, winter clothing collections, blood donation camps, and art competitions for children with autism.
